I had been working with another agent who was affiliated with Keller Williams before I met Lianne Izenberg and became aware of CENTURY 21 Cardinal Enterprises. However, I wasn't satisfied with this other agent, and that prompted me to ask a trusted colleague at my office. Complicating my situation was the fact that I was going through a difficult divorce, which is something I discussed upfront with both my prior agent and with CENTURY 21 Cardinal Enterprises. One aspect of my home purchase that was particularly tricky was that the sellers were selling the property through the estate of a deceased parent. Consequently, the sellers were in another state and had a very different set of expectations based on their understanding of the real estate laws in their state. Once again, Lianne Izenberg's extremely solid bank of experience dealing with situations that are out of the norm helped expedite the process. She knew exactly when to be firm and when to be more conciliatory in negotiating with the sellers and their agent. Lianne's ability to "read' the situation and her experience with what was the right approach took a great deal of the stress off my shoulders.
